it’s depends. my vawa was approved Nov 17th 2025 then I-485 was transferred to another field office Nov 18th 2025. then I got reference for medical April 6th and I submitted it May 6th which USCIS received it May 7th and acknowledged it on the portal. since am waiting for an approval. go do your medicals. right away. and go to a uscis surgeon. I will get it sealed. and get a copy for your self and send the sealed packet to your lawyer .so when they ask for it the lawyer can just send it off .

VAWA approved last month after congressional enquiry. However, i485 is still at VSC.
