it’s depends. my vawa was approved Nov 17th 2025 then I-485 was transferred to another field office Nov 18th 2025. then I got reference for medical April 6th and I submitted it May 6th which USCIS received it May 7th and acknowledged it on the portal. since am waiting for an approval.
