I responded to the USCIS RFE (Good Moral Character/Criminal Background). My process has been ongoing for 33 months already. How long does it take for USCIS to respond to the RFE? Thanks.

@Tom Bom then what was the rfe about? if you had already sent fbi reports with initial application then what is it that they were asking in rfe?

@c m idk but uscis asked me about rfe good moral caracter and then I sent police criminal records too.

my case was received on 15 November 2021 ,I received my Prima facie last year, but nothing new .

after u respond to the rfe may take 3/4 weeks to see the answer of uscis..
