RFE to Greencard timeline
Hi everyone, I submitted my RFE response last week and just received a message confirming receipt of RFE response. I’m wondering when I might expect to hear back on the final decision. For context, I originally submitted my application in December. Would love to hear from others—what’s been your recent experience with timelines after RFE approval? priority date has been current since February. Thanks!

@green girl: Is your Spouse the Primary Applicant, who is cross charging to your country of birth? Also, wasn’t Marriage Certificate sent along with Inital Documents for Filing?

I am yet to see a cross chargebility case without an interview on reddit or here. seems like a norm. They should just move to interview vs earring time with RFEs
