RFE timeline
hi folks, i received an RFE for my petition through lawfully, but i haven't received the RFE letter so far and i don't know what it is all about.
My question is how many days it take from having the RFE online and then to actually receive it in the mail?
Also, if someone is been through the process, how much time normally it takes further for decision after submitting the RFE?

How did you ask Emma about it? When I asked the agent about the RFE for the I-140, they said the RFE is only available by mail and that I have to wait to receive it to see the details. Is that not true?

Is this for an i-130? If you have an account with USCIS you should see it uploaded under docs tab. Otherwise give the letter a week or so to show up in the mail.
