Our lawyer just submitted our RFE response online and is also sending a copy by mail but the second she uploaded it online I got a notification that it had been received. I think I saw a button on my account under the RFE that said “upload evidence” before she uploaded it. Don’t submit it under “unsolicited evidence” because they may not see it on time or know to mark it as received. Hope that helps! :)

Hi, it was recommended to be sent by mail, 5 days later they updated it as received and since then nothing has changed, it just shows as item received and now we have to wait. we both submitted our case on March 15th

@L H - Don’t quote me on this but I think it may have been in Case Status right at the bottom where it says they sent you an RFE.

@L H I was asked for a sponsor but the amounts indicated in my application were higher than the minimum required and some documents were missing so I resent the complete documents this time.
