what you can do in this case is that you should change your address on USPS app and pay a small fee, so then USPS starts redirecting all your mails to your new address from the same day

@Miss S LoQ if you still have login to usps informed delivery screenshots notification through their website , you will be able to see early morning if usps delivering your mail. and so you can go and wait for the post office agent and get your mail. or you can go to the post office same day and ask them to hold to your USCIS mail.

I think there is an option to held it at the post office, go to your post office and ask if they can hold it there for you and let them know is from uscis ?! also ask the new owner friendly especially if it is an apartment office you can go to the lease office and ask them to let the new owner to keep it for you or sometimes those kind of document come to their office and require signature and ID and they can keep it, i hope all will be good. also I have a a question what status your I485 was showing before RFE.

Downlaod informed delivery and sigh up. you will see exactly the day the mail is coming and a photo. go to the address on that day or if possible notify who lives at the old address. that’s definitely you’re medical rfe and that’s so close to getting you’re green card you can’t fold rn

@Lo Li medicals are valid only for two years so they probably need new ones. Use your time while you're waiting for RFE and just call few civil surgeon to find out about the prices

@idk 🙂 🥱 I think 485 is taking action after vawa gets approve, my 360 got approved last February, also I applied 485 on December 2020, my Ex was a US Citizen. Yes I did an inquiry through the congressman, so far nothing comes from USCIS.

@bobby garlic it came from NBC even though my status doesn't say that my case was transfered. After you send medical is either interview or approval/denial

@Mrkvica M. do you think that priority date count when it comes to i485 ? or we start the count from the day of vawa approval? also I wish we are allowed to contact the with a reminder or something to tell them our vawa is approved can you work on my other form ?

@idk 🙂 🥱 i am confused about those priority dates and don't know how that works. I filed whole package more than 5 years ago...i belive they automatically start working on I-485 after VAWA approval
