why is it taking forever it’s been 20 days and the rank doesn’t move from 34 and 35 everyday it’s either on 34 or 35 and it’s getting very frustrating 😕

yes my birth certificate because the person the supposed to help she forgot to submit my birth certificate (us citizen) and now I’m just waiting
