After receiving seven *prima facie* determinations over the course of four years, I received my first RFE notice three months ago. They requested additional evidence regarding the harassment I had experienced. It was abundantly clear that they had not reviewed the documents I had previously submitted; consequently, my attorney resubmitted the exact same evidence without making any changes. How long do you think it will take for them to respond?

@Ko ka Did you talk with your lawyer before you sent the same exact documents? Maybe you should've added a letter or some affidavits from witnesses, or any additional evidence of abuse.
