RFE responed
3 June they convert my case to RFE, 20 June they sent which document they need( labor certificate) , my attorney sent the response document with cover letter and submit, now one month ago and i am still waiting for approvel, but not yet, any help or advice or anyone has same situation, how long I should wait for approvel I-140 after RFE.

I hope i will get approval next thursday because any move in the application happend almost on thursday.
