Mine was approved March 10th 2025 and my I485 has not movement at all.

please don’t pay a dime, all these lawyers are all about extortion. Follow the link @Obote . share. Call a couple of them and compare their prices. When you eventually get it done, they will put your result in a sealed envelope, note that your surgeon will complete the form, all you have to do is to sign. They will give you a copy as well. You are to send the sealed copy to uscis. make a photocopy of your birth certificate. On the rfe, uscis put. link for the birth certificate they accept from each country. Check the one for your country and make sure that’s what you have to avoid unnecessary delay. Send the sealed medical, copy of your birth certificate and copy of rfe to Uscis. That’s all you have to do. Also try and keep the receipt from usps or any courier service you use for tracking because uscis might not update they’ve received it.

please @Nov 21 when you are done with your medicals, let them print out a extra copy of all papers for you,, But the sealed packet do NOT open it all all!!!
