I submitted the RFE around Jan 20 and no update since then. I’m current as of January.

You should be patient and try to do a check in with USCIS atleast twice a week. all the best!

same here. RFE received on Feb 1 and no approval yet.

RRFE sent on 01/29/24 and radio silence. I saw a green check mark on my case which people say could mean an approval on 02/21/24 but haven’t hear anything. Filed I-485 on 09/04/23.

rfe response acknowledged by uscis 12/27/23. Filed form 485- 10/5/23, EB2, always been current. no updates yet and praying hard it will be approved very soon. i checked once with officer and been advised its processing normally but did not give any estimated timeline

can some one tell me I have filled my rfe response on 5th of March 2024 when it will be acknowledged by USCIS.

@Mister B i contacted an officer and been advised that the 60 day rule after submission of response no longer applies. also my case is processing normally in Pittsburgh per the officer. anyone knows about the Pittsburgh field office?

@rickitik tik They keep changing the statements about 60 days. One day USCIS told me expectation is to get response from USCIS within 60 days of RFE response received date.

@rickitik tik Hope so too. I heard usually lately it takes 1 to 2 months in local field offices before it’s approved if everything else is fine.

@rickitik tik Indiana. Mostly it has been taking about 1 month at local field office lately but it can vary.

@Mister B i see. im in California but my file is in pittsburgh field office accdg to the officer. for you it makes sense coz you are in indiana.

@rickitik tik Pitssburg has faster times than Indianapolis. I know someone recently got it from Indianapolis in a month and one got it from Pittsburgh under 1 month after being transferred to local field offices there

@Mister B - i reached out today to an officer and she went ahead created a service request since the response to rfie was submitted beyond 60 days, its actually almost 90 days now. she said got to wait for another 30 days for the response to the SR.

@rickitik tik I created service request on 20 February. I have still not heard back. Also USCIS told me today that my case is at NBC again when last week they told me it was at local field office twice

@Mister B when you created the SR, is your rfe response beyond the 60 days already? maybe if you inquire tomorrow an officer will say your case is back in Indianapolis😬😬😬 hope we get reliable info

@rickitik tik I am beyond 70 days now. USCIS is not consistent. One representative said they sent case back and forth between local field office and NBC, and that final approval comes from NBC once local field office approves it.

@rickitik tik did you submit SR through chat or via call? I'm over 80 days with my RFIE response and still there's no update. I tried to submit a SR via website and it says my case is in normal processing at NBC 🤦‍♂️. Not sure, how to raise a SR at this point.

@rickitik tik last I spoke to agent was almost a 20 days ago, at that time it was in NBC. I will check tomorrow again, where is my case.

@rickitik tik I spoke to the live agent today, my case was last reviewed on 03/20/24. It's still at NBC. I requested to submit a service request, but the agent told me my case is in normal processing. The rule states, if USCIS doesnt update the app after 60 days of receiving the RFE response, an inquiry can be sent for the update. So, basically NBC is still working on my case, and once that will be completed than it will be sent to field office.

@Huzaifa Hasan just wanted to share since we are in the similar situation. I checked with live agent today. mine was reviewed on 03/21/24 and transferred to FO.

@rickitik tik No update, I have been trying to stay away from Lawfully app lately for my mental peace. I am travelling abroad for few weeks to meet my family. I honestly don’t care about green card that much anymore. It will come when it has to come
