hi Avi, if birth certificate is not issued wirh in one year you need to submit affidavit/ or notarized document from your relative.

thanks Ash. our birth certificates are within one year i.e march and october 2023 and we filed in November, so i am not sure and the RFIE is also just asking for the birth certificate and in the same form in which we have already provided, so i am confused.
