RFE Question
I have a question USCIS has requested RFE the only thing I’m not able to present from my sponsor is her Taxes as my wife didn’t get to file them this year because she was dealing with Surgery but she was going to file her taxes next year as tax season had ended what do I do now? Can she file her taxes now? Do I send in everything and a letter stating why she didn’t do her taxes? I’ve been trying to get in contact with USCIS to ask but I can’t get past the Robot

I’m pretty sure you can file taxes anytime. if April passes and you didn’t file for extension, I think you just need to pay a fee or something. contact an accountant. it’s also possible that USCIS will accept your letter explaining why she didn’t file. to get a live agent when when you call, Say “info pass”
Then give receipt number
