RFE on i140 petition
I am currently current ,my pd is 18/4/2024 but my I 140 petition shows RFE since March 2026. The RFE was adjudicated by our agencys' consular on time. IS this a common occurrence? what's the turn around time for USCIS on this? anyone going through the same?
