@Miss M dig thru all the paperwork that you have. Maybe your lawyer still has copies. If you don't have anything you have to respond them why you don't have it

i went through same situation before, but God bless America! this is a place where they know how to keep records. Go to the particular bank branch, where the account was open. request for the account details they'll give you all you want. Go to the rental office they will give you the lease both of you signed. in my case even marriage certificate that was how i got everything.

@Missy May, I had similar experience, I bursted into tears when I received a new RFE after I had gave all I had! guess what I had left to give? I resubmitted and reiterated on my my previously submitted evidences and got a few people to back up my claims with letters on my behalf and it worked! please, don’t loose hope, you will emerge victorious in the end!

your lawyer keeps records,your bank as well and so do the most of the rest , and usually your lawyer send you a copy of everything in the mail as well because you need at the final interview, are you sure he filed everything? did you got a prima facie?
