RFE
they asked for request for evidence. i have a lawyer but I choose to submitted the evidence myself. will it make a difference if the lawyer had submitted it instead of me?

I handled my last RFE myself with help from ChatGPT, but I always double-check with Lawfully and Facebook groups. People will tell you—my lawyer is good, just has a habit of sending RFEs at the very last minute.

you were filled out by lawyer . I was same but we were keep blank in form that time now according to new form is mandatory so got rfe.@ Ann w

@🇯🇲🇭🇹 🇯🇲🇭🇹 i have a lawyer but at my interview she did not have everything i need for my case to get approved. i would think as a lawyer she should know what i needed. because of that my case is set back😔

I also got rfe and submitted response to rfe myself and after 3-4 working days of receiving response to rfe they approved my case
