RFE I-485 , information already given previously
My status was changed to “case being actively reviewed” on 4/19/23. Today I received a RFE to submit evidence of our marital life together. everything they request we submitted with the application. Is that normal?? Also something strange it was mailed from our local place where the biometrics were done last year. I thought it would have come from the service center. It doesn’t even show updated on the tracking that I have a RFE. 🤔

Yes, when my wife and I sent our application we received an rfe about proof of income even though we already submitted it with the whole application. We consulted a lawyer just to make sure we did the right thing and responded back

landing in the local office is what threw me off. I’ll for sure respond tomorrow, hopefully it means it won’t be long .

my interview was waived July last year at NBC then they transferred my application to Albany FO! they requested for evidence which I gave them, it been two months now that they received it, 7 days i130 changed to actively reviewing for the 2nd time and nothing more

They’re looking to waive your interview. make sure to overwhelm them with evidences!!
