Hey guys
I got a request of evidence on May 11th but didn’t get the actual document until May 15th. I was able to send everything on June 6 cause I had to translate a lot of stuff and they ask me for a lot of evidence to prove our marriage. By the tracking number I could know that they already got the documents but they have not taken any action on it. they haven’t even made a change of receiving the request of evidence…. has this happened to anyone? how are your experiences after replying to RFE. Thank you🙏🏼

Yes, the whole process is a bit chaotic at the moment. I received an RFE in the mail but I only got notified about 3 weeks later and one week after they updated it to RFE received. Be positive!!

@Genesis calderon for me it took 7 months for them to attach it to my case. but that was an RFIE To NBC. I have been on this app for a year. it could be a day or a year. there is no way to know. but I wish you all the best!!!!
