RFE getting back with a final decision
hey guys, anyone that has recieved an RFE and responded, how long did it take for uscis to give you the final decision based on your rfe? i am already 21 days waiting. also would like to know how demanding were your RFEs and the officer number that was assigned to you and their final decision. thanks

the thing is that im going to be 21 in 3 weeks and my parents applied when i was 19 and we are all getting everything at the same time, i am just worried that when we get the approval i will be aged out and not included. i am wondering if the CSPA works on my case. hope it does.

I think you’re OK, but Consult with your attorney so you can be more relaxed.

@the best always happens nice, we filed the i-485 on december 2021 so i think we are good. 200 days?? wow that would be a heart attack to me. we answered very nicely to the rfe, putting evidence of absolutely everything they asked for so i think we will get approved. i saw on the analytics of this app that 49% of the rfes for niw are approved within 30 days average and 28% are denied within 60 days average but your 200 days give out hope to everyone out there. when did you apply?

@i w Applied June 2020, first months of pandemic, so, I guess my file was left at the bottom of the file pile number 24376 in the top floor of the building with no elevator, just stairs access, in the last office at the left where no one goes. Hehé.

102 days and waiting, my date change again on 5/22 green checkmark reviewing.
They received mine on February 13. But after 101 days my attorney called and now shoes a green checkmark and “received “ may 22. I am lost now . I don’t understand what is happening
