RFE for medical report and validity
Nov 11, 2022: signed and sealed medical report.
June 24, 2024: received an RFE from USCIS asking to send medical exams.
Can I send my 2022 medical report /or should I go for a new one?

don't take chance send the new one as medical has 2 year expiry

I had the same issue and since I did a concurrent filing I submitted my medical. I was RFE'd about a year a half later of which I was advised to get a new medical and I did. Please go for a new one

I got a new one a week ago and submitted 2 weeks later(was waiting on my hubby to get his to send them together). Just got approved GC. I paid to fedex it. They got it Tuesday July 2nd and approved it then.
