I received the rfe 12/16, responded 12/22 and got approved 12/28

@Tashana w can you tell me please how long they update on your account rfe received, how many week our days total they took to updated? because I send them my rfe by fedex 2 week before and they still never update I m just worry

@ today is exactly 3 weeks if I'm not mistaken.. I messaged my lawyer on the 11th to add something before it was sent off and she told MeI couldn't because it was already sent off.. so I want to say about it was sent of by mail the 9 or 10 of this month

@ FAITH & HOPE I send them a document like house lease both name , car insurance both name , house insurance both name , sams club membership both name , sams club credit card both name , cosco membership both name life insurance joint bank account statement both name joint credit card statement both name letters from bank when I add my spouse with me in my bank account affidavit from family friends relatives, wedding pictures events pictures , Electronic bills both name , greetings card , I send a lot of documents and still waiting for , I hope same thing good news coming soon god bless you all

I have no joint account because I don’t have social security yet. I don’t even have life insurance because I don’t have social my work permit is not yet approved and am 276days today@Tashana w

I will answer everyone's question by the end of day today... update: I just when on my account for my i130. it use say taking longer than expected but since my evidence have be received.. the have now put back 2 months on my ⏰️ to start the count down to decision today.

@ FAITH & HOPE I did not need a social security to have those things. my husband just brought me to the bank, 2 and a half years ago open an account with Td and add me to the account so we are both joint holders. And I had access to it, to do transactions and not only him. As for the Global Life insurance, he also took it out on his own, and then add me as his beneficiary.. so that whatever he own after we got married I'm benefiting from it he wanted me to have my own Independence without limits. Because we have been married 3 years coming February, and I have just received me combo card September 27th and ssn on the 3rd of November.. So those things I've just got for myself recently. But I've been on all his bills and leases, insurance and bank account for 2 plus years now.

@ FAITH & HOPE those are the same things I sent including IDs with the same address on it like what @S Singh sent in.. I did not have any club memberships though and I can't drive so the car and house Insurance was excluded.. but that's about it.

@S Singh I did not have any cheque with the address on it because the same day I got my noid letter with the rfe was the same day I went and look about my ssn. when I came home from the office I saw the update on my acct

@Tashana w my problem is how do I upload this documents because I don’t have any provision for document upload on my online account I only have case history and status. please what should I do. I have already submitted my evidence which was just medicals.

@ FAITH & HOPE with all honesty I don't think you need to maybe that Is why it's not there. because I had it yesterday and once the received my evidence that section was removed from my account.. if they need it they will send an rfe and open up that section to you to submit evidence.. @all if anyone as any input on this question you are free to share there knowledge.. thank you 😊

@Tashana w thanks for the information I don’t know if it’s enough. I have lease car insurance church and family affidavit bill’s wedding pictures. but I don’t have any portal to send it. and I don’t know how to send it again since it’s not requested and I don’t have any current RFE.

if the need it they will request it.. so just gather them together and put them in one place and write a little cover letter explaining everything and store it on your pc. and let everything play out, because trust and believe if they want it they will send for it. so if and when the are ready you are as well. those are great evidence by the way . and ID showing the same residency.. if they don't need them they won't ask.. I store mine for two years because I had a feeling they might have wanted them.. and evidence will be for the i130 the medical is for the 485. just be ready when they are you will know..
