if you’re not the petitioner it won’t be in your account

check first what is the RFE about, they ask you to send the first page of the document with the evidence.

I’m the petitioner, I know what I have to wait couple of days to see it in my uscis account. went I will know the documents with the evidence, should I will send them by email or just upload them in my account?

@ab az - Our lawyer uploaded our response online as well as sent it by mail. There is no option to email but there will be instructions on how to respond in your letter.

same happened and now it changed from RFE to interview but can’t see any letters in the documents and it’s been 2 weeks nothing in the post either

they changed that from RFE to interview, may you don’t see the document in you mail . they ganna send you a interview letter instead.

same thing happened to me, you gonna receive it in the mail and it will show up later in the document tab ,you need respond as quick as possible ,don't wait longer than 2 weeks, don't stress too much about it good luck to you.

@Red1 br . thank you, could you please tell me how many days that takes between the day you receive you notification in you uscis account and the day that the RFE letter appears on your document tab?
