Same here. PD January 2022. They received my RFE response April 25th, placed service request last week and still nothing…

pd october 2021 submitted rfe response on april 11 and still waiting

my medical rfe was received about 45 days ago

we submitted our RFE about 100 days ago. can you tell me what a "service request" is and what it does?

@L M if you have not heard from USCIS after 60 days of submitting your evidence, you could call USCIS, and ask an agent to help you with a service request; they will create a “ticket” and will be assigned to your field office: this could prioritize your case (in the ideal world) but not sure if it really helps.
