RFE confusion
USCIS RFE. My lawyer has NOT yet sent all evidence to USCIS that we provided to the firm. Mind you we sent EVERYTHING needed. my lawyer is very experienced so I’m confident we didn’t miss a thing. But for some weird reason it is showing as now actively reviewing as of April 16. Has anyone experienced this with I-130 and I-485? They gave us until June. lawyer said 95% of the time they still RFE anyway but was also surprised by the sudden “ actively reviewing “ status

Maybe its a strategy. Once u will received RFE there is a change that USCIS will review ur case. and u will approve less than 11 months

I sent my evidence June of 2023 and just switched “actively reviewing” 2 days ago.
