waiting 2 months and no response

It's almost a month since I sent it and it hasn't even updated as received

4 months since responding to RFE for medical and nothing yet. applied July 2022

mine was sponsor and birth certificate and haven’t got an answer yet it’s been a month

@sunny d i am on the same boat mine rfe was also a marriage certificate submitted on 27april and waiting for decision

22 days since they received mine and my case has not even updated yet to received

3 months waiting (birth certificate And affidavit sponsor)

I sent my rfe for medicals on April 28 and they update my case to response was received on May 2nd and I have been waiting for approval. don’t know why it’s taking long. any idea why and when do you think they will respond or issue approval? thanks.

sent my RFE marriage certificate on 24 march they received 29 march status change to actively reviewing by 5 April and yet to get approval. my lawyer told me it will take 6 months because my case F2A Spouse LPR. if US citizen is much faster process

yes i go through with this on june,2022 after i sent all the documents they requested in july,2022 and after 2 months my i130 form approved on sep 15,2022

Been waiting 5-6 months since I sent in RFE and nothing

@P Choudhary health insurance, photos, dental, eye. now i sent those, life benefits, a few more pictures, dl together, car insurance and phone bill. we had more but we rushed to submit and my husband is telling me it would look suspicious if we kept adding proof. he said if they ask us for an interview we can provide those (concert tickets, mail coming into the house, dental and medicsl bills throughout the months. I disagree but he is stubborn, so we’re not submitting anything anymore.

@MisEnd irach yes it was proof of bonafida marriage then i resend all the documents like marriage certificate attested copy of original and copy of english translation , marriage photos, tax papers etc .
