@Mea Cs You need to take this opportunity to overwhelm them with evidence. They expect a shit ton of evidence, after two years of marriage from approval of your conditional greencard. What did you send with your first packet?

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@Rocco Forté I sent everything I could. Maybe they are asking RFE cause the delayed time? It’s been 2 years and a half after evidence was sent.

@Mea Cs How many months of bank statements did you send? What types of insurance did you send and for how long? Any travels together? 401k beneficiary?
