@Question Mark was it an agent returning a call because uscis calling someone about a missing RFE seems so unlikely

@Kerry S oh yeah…I applied for an expedited case so that’s why they called me and she asked why and I explained to her the reason and that was when she said an RFE was sent in July this year if I’ve responded to it and I said I didn’t get any.

@Kerry S yeah because I saw it on lawfully premium they keep skipping past me and I was wondering why and please I would like to ask do one use just his lawyer address or you can use 2 address on your vawa application.

@Question Mark It is advisable to stick to the address you began with if possible. Either that or you'll have to officially change your address with uscis to prevent mail getting lost or delay in your process. If you move, you'll want to change the address because uscis local offices go by jurisdiction
