hi sometimes they don’t ever update it but since Monday is a holiday u can check Tuesday by contacting them or Emma ?

@rey diyou I send my rfe response 2 week ago and they still not updated it’s tack about 3 to 4 week depend on uscis office mostly if you have I-130 rfe , but before I got rfe for my I-485 and it’s took only 4 days to update on my online account,

@rey diyou for the i130 they’re going to tell you only the beneficiary can access that not the applicant but when u go to Emma just type in live chat or live agent. not today cause it’s a Sunday and Monday is a holiday so you can do Tuesday or call uscis on Tuesday and say info pass and they will take you to an agent

@rey diyou not necessarily approved. They requested a RFE from us ( me& my spouse) since 2022 and we replied April 2022 for the RFE / i130 and we haven’t heard anything or seen it moved. it’s been 18 months since they received it which was April 2022. now is your wife in the USA or outside ?
