Uscis talking about RFE on twitter yet they still haven’t take a decision on my case. They’re saying if they ask for the medical RFE to send it as soon as possible so they can finalize a decision on the case they received mine on December 7 SMH

yep am in the same boat my expedite case was approved got my EAD now waiting on my greencard they ask for the medicals in September 2023 I sent it in october 2023 nothing yet.

@Geo Castellon I heard even though some send medical examination it’s a common practice by Usics to put RFE for medical. when was Pd for I-360 and when did you file it my friend?

@Geo Castellon I have an approved I-360 my lawyer is not allowing me to file I-485,

my lawyer told me it sometimes takes 7 months after sending your RFE
