if you done your medical before Nov 2023, I would say it’s about medical

@Feb13 2021 the doctor is not able to print the previous report and sign. unfortunately you have to redo everything again. you can provide the previous vaccination records and get additional shot to compliance the recent requirement

@Feb13 2021 you can do it again and show last vaccination report. where is your case location? NBC?

@M A it was transferred to NBC and when I asked Emma last time it said it’s in Washington field office

@Feb13 2021 mine done in CVS so I have record in my account. if you don’t keep it, ask your doctor, they should have your record in file (hopefully)

@Shweta P if your form I-693 signed after 11/1/2023 can be retained infinitely. signed before that date are expired after 2 years. if your I-693 expired, you need to do the new one and new released form might add new vaccine requirement. for example, I need to get additional shots for Polio and flu (during winter time).

@Feb13 2021 I did it again (medical RFE) a couple of weeks ago and you may need to add (update) vaccination record. they are Polio and HepB

@meeee y have you received any update after submitting your RFE?

@T T can we do additional vaccine from anywhere like cvs or other place , or do we have to do uscis acceptable specific clinic ??

@Shweta P you can take the vaccine anywhere (my husband done it aboard) and bring the record to your doctor. basically your doctor just put in on the I-693 form and mention you have done the vaccine on which date and certify

@Feb13 2021 I sent RFE and received notification that they got it then my case became approved
