Hello everyone! I have a husband in hospital and i am here at Nepal. We were trying to process my visa for many years. My i130 isn’t being approved, we applied on 2018 july, they asked is rfe(request for evidence), they already received it 4 months ago and we haven’t received it yet and now he really needs me, is there some way this process can go fast given his condition right now?

request expedite processing due to humanitarian reason, incase the ask evidences submit hospital n doctor notes saying he needs you
