RFE
Vawa applicant August 5, 2021. I received an app update for a request for additional evidence on August 1. I am yet to get the notice letter but what can it be? I gave all the evidence, psychological evaluation, police report, a letter from a domestic violence support agency, photos of abuse, affidavits from friends, good moral character, a bank statement of the abuser clearing all funds in the joint account and so many other things. Not sure what they need still. I am tired really

You sent an amazing amount of evidence!!! could be an updated clearance letter. Also, did you send a detailed letter about the marriage and relationship with the abuser? pictures together etc? for good faith marriage 🙏 Good luck you will hear the good news soon God willing 🙏

hello I m in same boat,what support docs did you send ? I am exhausted I sent them the decree nissi and decree nissi become absolute,and yet they said its not enough. I divorced ex since 2016. I don't know what to do. can I request another certificate from the court ?
