@hey hey it depends what the rfe is for. medical must be mailed. however, there is other evidence you can directly respond to and upload in your uscis account.

@hey hey in my case, rfe was submitted mailed via USPS may 15 and they confirmed receipt may 22. processing time still ongoing as no decision on 485 approval yet
