RFE
It has been seven months since my VAWA approval, and to date, I haven't received any Request for Evidence (RFE). Currently, I find myself in a state of uncertainty, wondering if there are any actions I need to take at this point.
Could you please advise on whether there are additional steps I should be considering or if standing still is the appropriate course of action in this situation?

after you got vawa approved you have to summit the I-485 that is the adjustment status or residence

@Victoria Paguade I submitted the I-485 in 2018 for my initial marriage, and it has continued to display an interview schedule status since 2019.

if you applied for vawa case you’ll then have to send in 485 as a vawa petitioner. I don’t think they will go back to your initial marriage to give you a green card. ask a lawyer maybe you needed to file your I 360 concurrently with I 485

after your Vawa approval,did they send you Work Authorization & Parole.?

@Juan, the existing one is still valid, but I haven't received the C-31 card after my approval. I've applied for a new work authorization, responded to the inquiries, and received the receipt. I'm hopeful that I'll receive it next month.

@ola Sola mine has been approved over a year and all I was advised to do was wait
