hi. USCIS rqstd RFE for my case.they said place the cover sheet on top of your response. qst is if you upload them online (do you have to include the cover sheet with the rfe in on folder or separte )

yes include the RFE notice on top of your evidence so they know what it is. Don’t separate it, otherwise you risk them saying your evidence wasn’t received.
