RFE
Hello
there was RFE on my i485 4 days ago, but nothing in documents section. Reached live agent and she asked me to wait till i receive the notice.
1. How long does it usually take for me to receive notice?
2. what is the possible RFE, if it is medical reports bc i dint submit one during filing, how do i send it?
please share RFE response guidelines 🙏🏻

I had the same issue. It turned out to be the medical RFE. I suggest that you book an appointment for your Physical because there could be quite a waitlist. By the time you get the letter, your appointment is already scheduled, if not you can cancel your appointment! Also, at some point the online system did show the letter digitally, eventually. Keep checking once a day I’d say!

same here i didn’t receive anything but my lawyer does he received the rfe and sent me a picture of it

I have the same issue. I think that they want to make sure that you live in that location to receive the letter. Therefore they did not post on the online account. You just need to collect all your evidence the rest just let your lawyer take care of it.
