after 330 days us is sent me a rfe but I didn’t get it yet, but 3 weeks ago I received a letter asking me to send my medical exam and was no update on line I sent my medical exams 2 weeks ago and until today no answer that uscis received it, so my question is: what you guys think could be happening ?

@Adriano Amorim Did you get any online update that USCIS received your medical reports ? My medical reports were delivered today by FedEx but I wanted to confirm whether FedEx delivered it to the correct suite/office in the building. but seems like if I call USCIS customer care now they won’t be able to tell whether they received it.

yes it could be happen. the uscis send me rfe and then I sent it already, the status update rfe was received. then I have an interview, the one who interview me said they did not receive any rfe. luckily I brought it with the interview

about the request of evidence I received it was about they had received my medical exams, not asking for new RFE, in addition, they scheduled my biometric exam for January 25th.
