RFE
good morning everyone, I was married and my case denied after my husband passed away. I managed to file for VAWA, And I received RFE for medical last month which I responded to pretty fast. but my concern is that, All the RFE I was seeing on here was for the 1360 and o got one for 1485 and not 1360. should l be worried or be good?

@killian Bay, it’s typically because your husband pass away, therefore in your case is a direct green card, after your response to the rfe, I believe your next message will be green card approval.
