revoked i140, reapplied again
hi! i had F1 visa before, found an employer they filed for me, got my i-140 approved in 2016. in 2019 they deciced to totally revoke it even after motion and appeal.
in their letter they gave me days to re apply which i did.
found another employer. approved i-140 in jan 2023.
now we got a letter saying notice of intent to deny. i had f1 until 2016. but i really didnt intend to lose my status. any similar case? :( do you think i have a chance? thanks!

@N F so thats the thing. when my first i-140 got approved they told to me to stop going to school already. :(

yes. i got NOID for my new application. they are asking about all my i-94s. but i only have until 2016. my previous application i got i140 approved so i stopped going to school. but then they revoke my approved i140 in 2019. in 2022 they denied my i485 because they re saying it was an error, the approval of my i140 in 2016 :(

talk to a really good lawyer. I recommend murthy law firm. they have good track record of reversal of 140 and its effect
