Ask yourself “what do you want ?” Assume you’re working for your sponsor. You know you can work any second jobs to earn more income ( as long as it’s not conflict of interest with your sponsor) Investing in education to get more opportunities in second job such as certificate or skillset. Studying also helps you waste the time thinking about retrogression. I think most of us feel stuck with this situation because we have goals in life. For example, some guys just want to quit working for the sponsor to follow their dream job. Some guys want to earn citizenship asap to sponsor their aging parents because they think the time is close (YKWIM). Me, personally, came from a poor background. Working for my sponsor right now was not only the dream of me, but also my parents. I do not set a high expectation about it. Everything has to come to an end. Depends on your urgent needs. Above is what I’ve been through the whole process. I’m still waiting tho, but not care about it anymore. Hope this help a little bit.

I'll say you should lose hope about it... literally Do not have any expectation about it again If you need go delete Lawfully to forget you even filed.. do it! @eb3 unskilled well it is based on how you look at it but yeah since most of my relatives in the US are born rich so I have an urge to worry

@eb3 unskilled in my situation it’s totally different, I was not born rich nor too poor but my relatives in the US all are all hard working and rich people working in expertise like healthcare, tech or owner of business and all are younger than me, after knowing that I see myself as a joke.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

at this point I guess stopping work for sponser job , trying to achieve higher degree from university by doing easy job. once GC approved would join to sponsor job again. what are you guys thinking?
