Mine never went updated, im issued and finish all in April 28 and never had any update by USCIS site only my first approval ( in my case i only see updates on NVC site) but not in any app also😥 just the nvc website.

they received my rfe response almost a year ago and nothing, same kind of updates when I call, hopefully yours is going to get answered soon

I sent my REF on 04/29/24 but at the bottom green check marked that it was received on 50/06/2024 no movement since and don't know what to think, since they asked for i864 but I haven't the need for sponsor and sent an I-864w stating so, kinda worried now.

yes, for me was something like this, and was a good sign

they look at the case often but doesn’t mean it’s being reviewed for approval. I was told an agent looked at mine in December 2023 by an Emma agent and nothing happened … lol. I did get my 131 5 months later 🤷🏻‍♀️

@regina my D0 was 3/29/24 I had already an i-130 approved and finger prints for TPS were taken back on 11/23 so they reused I know for a fact that tomorrow the 14th I am getting mail from them I have USPS informed delivery and the night b4 it tells me what piece of mail I will be getting the next day the USCIS letter is dated 05/06/24 the day it shows las review on my uscis account i will let you know tomorrow what ur is.

it’s been almost 6 months now since they acknowledged my response to RFE since then it’s as silent as a graveyard . anytime I call they say the same thing your case is processing within the normal time , nothing is outstanding at this time . I don’t even bother about it no more . not even ead or nothing .. it’s like they torture us but this shall pass

@regina to my luck USPS did not deliver letter today as they said they would, I hope they did not misplaced that letter
