For me, I will upload & still send via mail.

I uploaded and still sent a mail....It's better to do it the right way to avoid regrets later

you can’t upload medicals

I’ll upload and also send. I uploaded my response and it took them 7 months to receive a d respond.

@jhoe b If U have copies of your medical, then U can upload it.

I got rfe on medical and uploaded the PDF copy, a picture of the sealed medical envelope and a picture of the express mail receipt then sent the sealed medicals by mail too ....in less than two hours, it was acknowledged

@Christine Hamilton I do have a lawyer…. we went to appeal route…. but I found that he might have messed up deadline and documentation…. so I am actually prepared for refiling and finding a second solution

@Ponponbaggio L Thank you for the answer. We don’t hire the lawyer. We are working on NOID response. Refiling should be a good way.
