Responded to request for evidence, still nothing for over a month.
At the moment, both my wife and I are in Thailand. We were previously in Japan as I worked there in the military and she lived there at the time. Due to shenanigans, I wasn't able to reenlist and she is unable to return to Vietnam because of very terrible restrictions. We chose to stay in Thailand as it's easier to stay without us being separated for a long time. While we are here we we're waiting to a response to our RFE. We can't stay here forever, and we are just losing money here stressing about what to do as she can't even go home. This is really an awful situation, does anyone have any advice? Anything will help really. Thank you!
