can be between 7 days and 12 months but I see around 3 months, rfe was medical? they can request for an interview too.

@God Has Done It! I submitted photocopies of my original birth certificate for My RFE before my i485 approval . so it should photocopy of birth certificate not the original..

I filed also October 21 2021. and 1360 was approved in November 2024 i might hear back soon for rfe medical then . @e D was your case transfered to another field office? like NBC?

@e D absolutely! I-360 and I-485 filed on April, 2021. I-485 biometrics on June 2021 I-360 RFE on September of 2021 I-360 RFE response November of 2021 I- 360 RFE on April of 2024 I-360 RFE response July of 2024 I-360 Expedite request on Aug 9 of 2024 I-360 Aug 13 of 2024 VAWA approval Case moved from Vermont to NBC on November/December I-485 RFE Medicals December 23 I-485 RFE response received January 10 I-485 new card being produced February 5, 2025 I-485 case approved I-485 card mailed to me February 10, 2025 I-485 called USCIS and got the tracking, my green card is being delivered today. Good luck!!!!
