I chatted with the chat angent after 90 days and she said it’s normally processed and I have to keep waiting.

They told me the same, to call back in 60 days. I submitted the evidence almost 2 months ago and still nothing.

i talk with agent after 60 days he said I can’t tell anything if they don’t accept they will send another RFE

@Lorena Duncan out of experience they didn’t give me any updates.. I did 3 service request by myself and one through the congressman.. they responded to all of them that my case is pending within the normal processing time.. but they updated finally 100 days after the actual receiving date

@Lorena Duncan yes .. I received the RFE request on Feb/12/2023 and I mailed it on FEb/17/2023 .. they updated the status to RFE received on may/26/2023 now it’s been 14 days since the last update and nothing seems to happen any time soon

@P K financial support my husband is self employed and he doesn’t have a job because mostly of our income is from investment so they ask us for bank statements etc etc, yours??

Mine was Bonified evidence, so we submitted pictures, taxes, joint bank statements, trips together, joint bills, car lease with both of our names and nothing. we started our process on May 2022 😞

@Lorena Duncan just to let you know they never follow the 60 days policy to give a decision.. this is what I found out literally ( if you are waiting for 10 years GC then you will wait for a good time .. if you are waiting for the conditional GC you are going to receive it very soon ) I applied after 2 years of our marriage due to Covid and my husband lost his job so I guess I have to wait for another year or so I started the process back on Oct/2021

@Lorena Duncan we submitted in May 2022 , did biometrics in June 2022 and they sent the RFE at the end of April 2023. What about your timeline?

we submitted in september 2022 biometrics in October and we sent the RFE in the Middle of april , im pretty sure you will get some news soon

my RFE has been 64 days. I contact USCIS Emma live chat. The agent told me I should wait 60 business day not 60 days include weekend…

I got the same answer from Emma live agents to wait for at least 60 days. Today I had a very helpful agent who told me that they already received and completed their review. My status has not been updated to received ion my uscis account and only around 45 days have passed since I sent it in. so it really depends on the agent you speak to…

My RFE was 3/22/23,it’s been 78 days today and still no response.RFE was received on 4/6/23 according to chat with a live agent.

My rfe was mid April… Spoke to an agent today and they said an officer accessed my file today and working on it. But no updates or anything online so who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️

@Elisha B. very luck you had a good Emma(live agent). all the live agent I met was very rude and not helpful. Basically just say I need to wait, my case still in normal processing time(which till 2025) and left the chat room immediately after response…

@Lorena Duncan it can be longer than that🥹 my priority receipt date was 11/7/2022, biometric on 11/25. still haven’t receive anything, no EAD. RFE on 3/29/2023, case tracker show they received my RFE on 4/5/2023

@Elisha B. how were you able to speak with agent? it won’t allow me to get past the auto machine.
