Request passed to tier 2 agent
Hi,
I submitted a request to expedite my I-765 for financial hardship due to medical bills for cancer treatment.
they said that this request needs to be passed to a tier 2 immigration officer.
They then said I will hear back from them in 10 days. however while reasearching about this, many people have said they had heard this numerous times and it’s not got anywhere.
does anyone have experience with this?

Yes. I had to contact my senator after the 10 days and haven’t heard anything. My senator reached out them and after two days they responded to the expedite request.

I have contacted my congresswoman and am waiting on that, however because my application is “within normal processing time” I’m unsure they will help
