Request for Suggestions on possible cspa ageout for my son.
I am a green card holder. I have filed i130 just 5 months before his 21 st birthday day. it took 16 months for Uscis to approve i130. currently my son is 22 years and 6 months old.
my concern is the F2a visa availability seems backlog. I feel like my son will be age out when the date will be current in visa bulletin.
is there any way to expedite the case in NVC? what should I do next any suggestions?

I was admitted to USA based on CSPA.
my aunt file i130 for my dad. our priority date was 2004 and our case accepted by NVC in 2009. my age at the filing was 10 years. we got the interview in 2019 by the time i turned 25 (26th was running at the time of interview). Accordjng to CSPA I will get approved for visa on interview if I am 21 or young. but in my case i had a grace period ( which was counted as, [ case accepted - case filed] so, gap between case acceted and case file was 5 yrs (2009-2004). so rules says if I am still dependent at the time of interview, 5 years grace period will be counted and it makes me eligible for visa and admit in USA. in my case age 21 yr + 5 yr = 26 yr. So i was eligible till age of 26. I was resident of India and my parent did talk with the one of the best immigration lawyer for advise. I dont remeber the name but I do remember the name of the travel agency who helped us, which was CP tours and travel. located in ahmedabad, India. also I know one immigration lawyer who located in Pioneer, California. and his business name is RAO Immigration. they might help you.
