If you had legal entry, send a photo of your visa, I-94 record of entry and exit from the USA, affidavit form I-864 photo 2x2 send 4 , picsof passport

I guess you'll see it in the notice when they send it. Don't worry about figuring it out because we all don't get the request for the same thing. They usually do preliminary checks to make sure you filed correctly, to the right place, and if for vawa, that you're eligible. Just send what they ask for asap

@Al Rodri thanks, and yes, I had a legal entry, entered as a student and graduated. @Kerry S I get what you mean, I just posted it to know if anyone has experienced it so I could have an idea of what to start preparing for as this is different from the regular birth certificate, medicals, divorce certificates they always request for more so I just responded to the birth certificate and medicals they requested from me.

@divine intervention I agree with you, I got a request for initial evidence for birth certificate and medicals in April, I responded and they’ve updated my status to response received but today my status changed to request for additional evidence

@usc 7700 I can’t remember where but they put the address of where to send it on my notice and that’s exactly where I sent my response. @Mrkvica M. I checked my uscis online account and it’s been updated there as well. same as case tracker. that’s why I don’t want to believe it’s a system glitch

@usc 7700 I don’t think so, on the notice they sent, they included 2 addresses where I can send my response to, one is a regular mail the other for express mail. I sent to the express mail address and it was delivered after 3days, few days after that, my status changed to rfe response received. if it’s a wrong address, they won’t update received. I hope you get what I mean?

@F A another solution could be that field office is asking for RFE because NBC forgot to send them that with your file. I'm sorry, I am just trying to figure out what might have happened because this is so strange. Oh wait, someone said today that they had interview but they had to get pollio shot after the interview because they used old form for medical

@Mrkvica M. wow!!! is polio part of what they are requesting? I did not get a polio shot, the center I used for my medicals actually filled my form, they only requested for my details and told me to go through the form to make sure everything was correct which I did and I checked the version of the form, it’s the latest one. Next week is almost here, I will get the notice and update here what they are requesting for

@F A I think it's medical exam, they added polio vaccination now, all you need to do is go back to the civil surgeon and have them give you the vaccine.

do you know that for noone else are vaccines mandate amd that for us to apply we must put a 100vaccines ??? noone else is concern about that? what to do with my life in usa if I ended injured from vaccines? they vaccinate us like we are rats or even worse.

@T EndlessWait Honestly I don’t know but the 1st rfe I got says I should send response to Vermont. That’s the last place I know of but I will check the rfe they mailed today to see the location. I’m hoping we get greened as soon as possible

Goodmorning Guys and happy holiday weekend. So just for us that are yet to go for our medicals, I think it is safe to say we should request for this polio vaccine then just to avert a delay. also if you are informed, can any one specify all vaccine needed? I ve mine next week Tuesday. God help us all.

@Ola Ola was it the polio booster you got? I know I received the vaccine as a child. My clinic is asking if it’s booster. Told them I got it as a child but don’t have the record. Which one did you get?

@F A Not the booster, tell them you want the 2 dose..they will give you one now and will ask you to come back in a month time for the second dose but you don't have to go. Just pay for the one dose and that's it.

@F A, My mind is a bit relief knowing am not the only one in this situation cos i received same update on my i-485 on May 23 requesting for additional evidence after sending some evidences they requested for in February 2023.
