Hi,
I am working for company A. Company A and company B filed cap subject petitions for year 2022. petition from company B was picked in lottery and got approved. But I want to continue to work for company A. Company A tried to transfer H1 and got request for additional evidence. what are the chances for Approval. company A is not sharing reason for RFE.
